ok ok~ this is the final version of Blue. Previously I've notice that I've actually added the background to an incomplete version of it. Which some pencil line haven't been erase and also the white area of the eyes and teeth haven't been added. So this is the finish one. And also I've even adjust abit of the background. Hope you all like the new adjustment.
But I've also notice there's another thing about digital painting. I did the painting on my notebook LCD screen and the color of the skin are light and pinkish color. But when I view it on my pc monitor it turn to be yellowish and darker in color. How do I adjust this and which one is the correct one when it's print out? Is there a way to avoid this? >.< help help~!
I like more with background. It's a good job, but I don't want just one thing: her eyebrows are higher up than the common or usual.
But In general I think is a good job 'n she has a beautiful hypnotic eyes.
I like how you make the eyes full of black and color, you would expect it to look creepy but it has the opposite effect, it makes her even more cute!
anyways, good job with the digital painting. From the way you did the skin and shirt i can tell you are using your experience in watercolor, i think it has a bit of a watercolor look to it.
I like this version better because the color of flower design works well with the girls colors, otherwaise its just too plain white.
and sorry i have no advice for corel, i use photoshop and artrage. I would recommend you try out artrage just for fun, it's a free download, very simple program that works like real paint and pencils... its fun
thanks!
hehe, yup~ I uses the watercolor brush at the first layer then I added some airbrush. At first I was trying to use acrylic but then I saw Range Murata illustration and so I went for watercolor and airbrush. Cause I want my Charactor to look soft and cute. hehehe
I've notice that there is some unfinish works on this one compare to the blank one. I must have use the unfinish file to do the background. The teeth and the eye haven't been paint white yet and there is some unwanted pencil line that's still there. I'll correct it later on. >.<
There is actually a free program to do this?! ok I'll check out artrage!
